Snacksby lets you enter the ingredients in your kitchen and then tells you what you can make. At least in theory. There's only a few recipes here, but it seems to let you add recipes tagged with..."snacksonomies!"
damn, another good idea slips by. I'd thought of something similar a few months back while staring at a kitchen full of miscellanious ingredients and having no idea what to do with them.

Oh man! I totally thought about doing this too - I even started it on delicious:

I tagged recipes I wanted to make by ingredient, but never got it operational enough to make it worthwhile. Oh well - it was a good way to kill time!
